Part-time Sales Assistant: Dublin City

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable sales assistant with a passion for design, customer service and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidates will have a background in interiors and or design – will need to demonstrate product knowledge, team work and embody the brand.  Candidates must have previous retail experience. Candidates must be available to work mid week as well as weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

​

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work to daily targets

• Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service

• Demonstrate an in depth and fluent knowledge of the product range in order to advise customers on the best products to suit their needs and on its main features 

• Candidate must be efficient and work to the high standards of the brand

• Package and ship online orders in efficient and timely manner

• Maintain excellent retail and VM standards in all areas i.e. sales floor, stock maintenance and handling and the stock room

• Ensure window displays & shop are kept clean and attractively displayed

• Be vigilant at all times to ensure stockloss is minimised and to contribute to store stock takes

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

• Demonstrates a natural affinity and passion for the brand

• Creates and introduces ideas/ brands

• Consumer Driven

• Provides a high level of customer service

• Aware of design trends in interiors/homewares etc.

 

 

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a passion for retail and be efficient and highly motivated

• Must be a team player, maximise sales and keep visual merchandising standards high.

• Must have at least one year’s Retail Experience

• Has to be fully flexible to work available shifts, hardworking and enthusiastic

• Have an excellent command of the English language.

• Must be able to multitask, be organised and should work well under pressure.

• Ability to work within a team and on own initiative

• Communicates effectively with others

 

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within a fast paced retail environment, but more importantly you should be ready to be part of a fun, dynamic and creative work environment.
