All products are dispatched from our base in Portobello, Dublin via courier within 1 working day.  More specific information will be in the product information section if a product happens to deviate from this standard.

Small packets are €5/ FREE SHIPPING on all orders  OVER 75€

Shipping to UK  

Small packets are €9/ After which the weight of your shopping cart will determine your shipping

Rest of the World  

The weight of your shopping cart will determine your shipping

**Christmas Shipping**

Please see our last dates for pre-Christmas delivery below:

Ireland - Wednesday 21 December 
UK & Europe - Monday 19 December 
USA & Rest of the World - Friday 16 December

If you order after these dates we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas. 

Our deliveries will then continue after Christmas from the 4th of January 2017

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At April and the Bear we want you to love every item you buy, so we know that from time to time you may like to return an item. If you would like to make a return, we ask you get back to us with this decision within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Once the return has been approved by A&TB, the product must be received in by us within 2 weeks from that date or it will not be accepted.

TERMS

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately.
Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. 

Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
