The Image Blog Awards - what a night!

"Whaaaaaaaaaat?! Seriously?"

These were the oh-so-eloquent words I managed to blurt out last night when I collected my award for BEST BUSINESS BLOG. And may I just say I was and still am, utterly delighted and so thankful to the amazing crew at Image and all you wonderful people out there who took the time to vote for April and the Bear. So grateful.

The awards took place in the fabulous Fade St Social on Drury Street and the turn out was mighty. These types of events are great because you get a cheeky glass of free Prosecco AND you get to meet the people that you've been emailing/tweeting/facebook stalking - for instance I meet the GORGEOUS and lovely Suzie McAdam who won in the best interiors blog category and then I promptly took her award home instead of mine! MORTO.

Major congratulations to the all the nominees and winners on the night - especially Sinead Burke who won the overall Best Blog Award and the amazing opportunity to write for Image. Jealous? Me? Nah...
