Food: Crazy Delicious Granola

It's February and for most of the planet that = 'trying to be good'. So in an effort to embrace a healthier lifestyle I popped into 'The Pot and the Pantry', a new cafe in Clane, for some healthy nosh and a recipe for legitimately the most delicious granola I've ever tasted. And what could be healthier than granola?
Evelyn and Brendan started their new venture with the intention of creating a modern and cosy space where people could come for healthy but utterly delicious food - and boy howdy do they deliver. The interior is vintage-inspired and full of whimsy, the staff are like old pals from home and the coffee is rich and delish but let's get back to the granola...

EASY PEASY GRANOLA:
1. Grab a sizeable bowl and dollop some Greek yogurt in - Evelyn uses Compsey Creamery Greek Style Yogurt.
2. Next take a handful of granola and sprinkle over the yogurt, Evelyn suggests Irish brand PaddyO's granola and notes that if you are watching the calories - sprinkle sparsely!
3. After this add some berries into the mix - we added fresh strawberries and blue berries to ours.
4. And then comes the golden glue that brings it all together - HONEY! Drizzle honey over the granola and fruit and breakfast is served!
