Femme Crush Friday: Sophia Amoruso

I know that #FemmeCrushFriday is in its infancy BUT it seems very wrong that #GIRLBOSS creator, retail-empire builder and overall badass Sophia Amoruso hasn't featured yet.
So let's correct that! This Friday we are crushing ALL over Sophia Amoruso.
Sophia is the founder & owner of online fashion empire Nasty Gal which she founded in 2006 and is worth* 250 million dollars. NOICE. And one of things I find so inspiring about Sophia, is that her life could have been VERY different. She struggled in school, dropped out, started stealing, dumpster dived ALOT and was fired from almost every job she got - she was completely disinterested in finding a career or even engaging with wider society. After a health scare in her twenties, she took stock of her life and started to sell vintage clothes on eBay. This turned everything around for her, she was styling and shooting her products in a completely different way to other sellers and had tapped into what shoppers were looking for exactly and once Sophia saw that she could actually make money from it (like a TON) - she invested her all in, which ultimately lead to the creation of Nasty Gal. A business that she set up ENTIRELY on her own, with the money she earned from eBay - no loans, no investors.
Since its inception the business has grown into an iconic fashion brand with 200+ employees and world-wide brand awareness and customers, Sophia has released her wildly successful book and has just launched her very own podcast. Oh and did I mention she's 31 years old? Major Femme Crush.
