The Connemara Pine Whiskey Cooler

We’ve taken inspiration from our favourite symbol of Christmas THE TREE and concocted a cocktail with SERIOUS holiday cheer, by adding hand-foraged pine syrup made in Connemara by our new delicious brand Baile Mheiriceá. Is there any smell more synonymous with this season than pine? We don’t think so! Think of breathing in that fresh forest air, add in some gingery goodness and top it all off with a dash of Teeling Whiskey and you’ve got a tipple that will be sure to delight you and your guests!
Ingredients:
½ measure of Baile Mheiriceá/ America Village Pine Syrup (30ml)
½ measure Teeling Whiskey (30ml)
1 measure of Hollow & Fentimans Ginger Beer (60ml)
Crushed Ice
Sprig of washed pine to garnish
Directions:
1. Smash ice and fill your glass
2. Add in Whiskey and Pine Syrup
3. Top up with Ginger Beer
For an extra special touch try freezing some pine sprigs in boiled water and pop in - viola!
